This opportunity is ideal for drivers who value stability, competitive pay, and the ability to be home daily. The company offers an open interview event to meet potential new team members, reflecting its commitment to accessible hiring and community engagement.

These roles are perfect for qualified candidates who possess valid driver licenses corresponding to the CDL class if applicable and who are motivated to contribute to FreshPoint’s promise of timely delivery and excellent customer service.

Beyond competitive pay, FreshPoint invests in its employees through paid vacation and holidays, ongoing job skills and leadership development training, and career advancement opportunities. The company strongly believes in promoting from within, providing a clear path for growth and professional development. Employees benefit from comprehensive healthcare plans, employee discount programs, a discounted stock purchase plan, and a 401(k) plan with a generous company match. Service recognition, employee rewards, safety programs, and referral incentives further create a supportive work environment.

Drivers play a crucial role in ensuring that foodservice operations receive fresh products reliably and on time.
