Job Duties
- check all machine safety devices before operating equipment and record and sign safety form
- if machine fails safety inspection notify supervisor and do not operate
- load washers and dryers according to batch tickets avoiding mixing lots
- stage similar batches together for maximal wash utilization
- enter batch information and weight into SOFTROL system
- unload washers and dryers placing batch tickets on top of items and store appropriately
- verify moisture retention temperature and avoid overloading carts and tubs
- maintain safe clean work environment and follow best production practices
- perform other assigned duties
