Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in maintenance or custodial work
- ability to perform physical tasks including climbing and lifting
- flexible schedule including overnight availability
- ability to live onsite
- valid work authorization
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to perform physical labor and lifting up to 50 lbs
- strong customer service skills
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Managing work orders and preventative maintenance
- shampooing carpets and cleaning floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets and switches
- doing light plumbing including plunging and unclogging sinks
- janitorial duties in public spaces
- maintaining parking lot and trash cleanup
- performing drywall repairs, painting, and caulking
- maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- prepping rooms for housekeeping, including removing linens and trash and moving furniture
- following emergency procedures to ensure security of property and guests
- assisting with after-hours guest check-in and check-out
- being on call overnight for after-hours needs
- performing other duties as assigned
