Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hotel or property maintenance
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders
- Ability to kneel, squat, sit, stand, bend, and twist for long periods
- Capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to live onsite and take overnight on-call shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to handle varying job duties
- Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Basic computer skills for managing work orders and inventory
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- Performing light plumbing such as plunging toilets, snaking toilets, unclogging sinks
- Conducting preventative maintenance programs
- Performing public space janitorial work
- Maintaining parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
- Cleaning PTAC units
- Repairing drywall
- Painting and caulking as needed
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Providing orders to management
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
- Assisting with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs or concerns
- Regularly being on call overnight for afterhours guest needs
- Performing other duties as assigned
