- previous experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
- ability to work overnight and live onsite
- capability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- availability for on-call overnight shifts

Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- light plumbing including plunging and snaking toilets, unclogging sinks
- maintaining preventive maintenance programs
- janitorial work in public spaces
- parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
- cleaning PTAC units, drywall repair, painting, caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- placing orders for supplies with management
- prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring security of property and guests
- assisting with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours
- providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs or concerns
- regularly being on call overnight for afterhours guest needs
- performing other duties as assigned
