Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of the entire property by walking the grounds daily to remove litter and debris, cleaning walkways, and ensuring dumpster areas are tidy
- Ensure all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and pool areas, are clean, well-maintained, and presentable
- Assist the maintenance team with light-duty tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting touch-ups, changing locks, and helping prepare vacant units for new residents
- Distribute community notices to residents and provide a friendly, helpful presence on the property
