Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in POS installation or restaurant operations
Strong technical aptitude with hardware and network devices
Ability to travel 3-5 days per week including out-of-state trips
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capacity to work independently and manage time efficiently
Basic understanding of restaurant workflows and operations

Job Qualifications

2+ years of experience with POS implementation, installations, or working in restaurant environments
Experience with a wide variety of restaurant types preferred
Strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to coach and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders including restaurant managers, owners, chefs, and executives
Knowledge of travel booking platforms
Self-motivated and proactive work ethic with minimal supervision required

Job Duties

Performing hardware installations including workstations, pin pads, printers, cash drawers, switches, routers, firewalls, and managing patch cables and cable organization
Conducting site readiness surveys both onsite and remotely to prepare for POS installations
Providing onsite training and live support to restaurant staff and management
Making menu and system functionality adjustments as needed to suit client requirements
Training clients on how to use reporting features to optimize business operations
Conducting follow-up meetings and calls to ensure successful transition and client satisfaction
Traveling 3-5 days per week locally and out-of-state for onsite installations and support
