Job Description
Landing is a leading flexible living network established in 2019, now operating in over 35 markets nationwide. Known for its no-deposit, hassle-free apartment offerings, Landing has rapidly expanded to become the largest provider in this sector, catering to a wide range of customers seeking adaptable living solutions. Their business model focuses on flexibility, convenience, and high-quality living experiences, supported by an extensive network of apartments and properties. This approach not only simplifies the rental process but also offers members a seamless experience through a fully integrated digital platform and exceptional customer service. Landing is a fast-growing company that thrives on agility and adaptability, reflecting the dynamic nature of the real estate and hospitality industries in which it operates.
The role offered is a property ownership position based in Landing's St. Louis, MO market. It involves managing a portfolio of at least 30 units at one of their properties, overseeing every aspect of property operations to ensure top-tier member experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities encompass managing member interactions from booking to checkout, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance vendors, maintaining unit quality, and handling reservations across both Landing’s proprietary platform and third-party online travel agencies such as Airbnb and Booking.com. The role demands close collaboration with property management teams to escalate maintenance issues, as well as reporting on key performance indicators like NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and overall growth. Living onsite is a core aspect of this position, enabling rapid response to any issues and fostering strong, in-person relationships with guests and property partners. This position is well-suited for candidates with experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, or any high-volume hospitality setting, who can effectively operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and incomplete information. It emphasizes autonomy, decision-making, and the development and application of systems to manage a vibrant and evolving portfolio of flexible living units. The compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000, a performance bonus up to 25% of the base salary, housing provided onsite, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package offering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more. The role demands a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate the unpredictable nature of onsite guest operations, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellent, round-the-clock service and support.
