Currently, D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Online Sales Concierge to join their dynamic team in Tampa, Florida. This full-time role is crucial in bridging the gap between online interest and in-person home sales by managing and converting internet leads into onsite appointments and sales. The successful candidate will excel in communication, customer service, and sales qualification processes, playing a key role in driving company growth and customer satisfaction.

The Online Sales Concierge will manage all incoming internet leads generated via the company's website, call-tracking system, and outsourced marketing channels. Utilizing various communication modes like phone, email, and text messages, the concierge will engage with potential homebuyers, qualifying inbound leads, and effectively converting prospects into on-site appointments for the sales team. The position requires an individual who can provide excellent incoming call coverage for multiple divisions, accurately collecting relevant customer information and appropriately transferring qualified leads.

A significant aspect of this role is delivering a consistent, positive customer experience through clear and engaging interactions, demonstrating professionalism and integrity. The Online Sales Concierge will also be responsible for executing timely follow-ups on new and aged leads to maximize conversion opportunities and ensure customer data is accurately maintained within the customer relationship management (CRM) database.

Strong qualification and discovery skills are essential to identify genuine prospects with a high potential of becoming sales opportunities. Moreover, the role demands the ability to work outside of standard business hours, including second shifts and overtime when necessary, ensuring reliable attendance and flexibility to meet the needs of the business.

This role is ideal for someone with a Florida Real Estate License, bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish preferred), and experience in related sales or customer service fields. Candidates should possess strong organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Outlook. Physical requirements include the ability to sit for extended periods, handle typical office activities, and adapt to a moderate noise environment.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage and respond to all incoming internet leads generated through the company website, call-tracking system, and outsourced marketing using phone, email, and text communication
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert prospects into on-site appointments for the sales team
  • Provide incoming call coverage for Divisions by accurately collecting customer information and transferring qualified leads to the Division Online Sales Concierge
  • Deliver a consistently positive and professional customer experience through clear, engaging dialogue and timely outreach
  • Execute effective follow-up on new and aged leads to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Accurately enter, maintain, and update customer information within the customer management (CRM) database
  • Apply strong qualification and discovery skills to identify genuine prospects with the potential of becoming sales opportunities
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and enhance the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Ability to provide coverage outside of standard business hours, including second shift
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Regular and reliable attendance
