Job Requirements
- Must hold Florida Real Estate License
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- One to three years of related experience and/or training
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Possess exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications
- Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
- Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday
- use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- reach with hands and arms
- talk and hear
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
- The noise level is generally moderate

Job Duties
- Manage and respond to all incoming internet leads generated through the company website, call-tracking system, and outsourced marketing using phone, email, and text communication
- Qualify inbound leads and convert prospects into on-site appointments for the sales team
- Provide incoming call coverage for Divisions by accurately collecting customer information and transferring qualified leads to the Division Online Sales Concierge
- Deliver a consistently positive and professional customer experience through clear, engaging dialogue and timely outreach
- Execute effective follow-up on new and aged leads to maximize conversion opportunities
- Accurately enter, maintain, and update customer information within the customer management (CRM) database
- Apply strong qualification and discovery skills to identify genuine prospects with the potential of becoming sales opportunities
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and enhance the goodwill and profit of the company
- Ability to provide coverage outside of standard business hours, including second shift
- Ability to work overtime
- Regular and reliable attendance
