D.R. Horton is currently seeking a dedicated Online Sales Concierge to join their team in Louisville, KY, in the home building organization. This is a full-time sales position focused on converting internet leads into onsite visits and sales. The role is integral to bridging the digital and in-person sales processes, ensuring potential homebuyers have a positive experience from initial contact through to appointment setting and beyond. The Online Sales Concierge manages incoming internet leads from the company’s website and various outsourced sources, effectively qualifying prospects and converting them into appointments with onsite sales representatives.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as the Online Sales Concierge interacts with potential customers via online chat, phone, and email. They are responsible for entering and maintaining accurate customer data in management databases, performing analytical tasks such as monthly sales and marketing report generation, and monitoring website traffic and lead sources. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of communities, product offerings, plans, and amenities is essential to provide accurate information and support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, and work as part of a team. Attention to detail and the ability to apply common sense in processing instructions and managing customer interactions are critical. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email systems is also required. Candidates should be prepared to work overtime as necessary. Preferred qualifications include licensing that varies by state, supporting compliance and operational standards.

Job Duties
- Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
- Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
- Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
- Enter and update information in a customer management database
- Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
- Responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
- Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
- Maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
- Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
- Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
- Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Ability to work overtime
