- Experience as a personal shopper or in production, warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders into cars when customers arrive for pick-up
- Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customer's order at time of pick-up
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and food safety procedures
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to supervisor
- Inspect equipment and notify management of repair needs
- Perform required opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-commerce team members
- Meet and exceed productivity standards
- Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner
- Provide a positive customer service experience
- Respond professionally to customer communication via portable phone
- Follow policies for substitutions in out-of-stock situations
