Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical ability to lift and carry groceries up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills for POS and communication devices
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic math skills such as counting, addition, and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience as a personal shopper or in a production oriented or warehouse environment is preferred
- Experience in stocking shelves or as a cashier is desirable
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders efficiently
- Process coupons and payments accurately through the POS system
- Deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival
- Scan and bag orders following all bagging standards
- Communicate any substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pick-up
- Adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
- Inspect equipment and notify management of repairs needed
- Perform required opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-commerce team members
- Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively in a high-paced environment
