Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work without supervision
ability to read shelf tags
basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
excellent communication skills
prior experience in related roles preferred
physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality
assemble customers' on-line orders
process coupons and payment
deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pick up
scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers
meet and exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
receive customers' orders and store products in optimal temperature zones
read and follow directions in note section
ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen
communicate with customers via portable phone and respond timely
retrieve each customer's order from staging locations and ensure accuracy
provide a positive customer service experience
process orders through point-of-sale system
follow policies for substitutions in out-of-stock situations
maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas
report discrepancies and equipment needs to supervisor
perform opening and closing procedures
assist in training new e-Commerce team members
meet or exceed productivity standards
work cooperatively in high-paced environment
manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
