Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' on-line orders
- process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pick up
- scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers
- meet and exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
- receive customers' orders and store products in optimal temperature zones
- read and follow directions in note section
- ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen
- communicate with customers via portable phone and respond timely
- retrieve each customer's order from staging locations and ensure accuracy
- provide a positive customer service experience
- process orders through point-of-sale system
- follow policies for substitutions in out-of-stock situations
- maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas
- report discrepancies and equipment needs to supervisor
- perform opening and closing procedures
- assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- meet or exceed productivity standards
- work cooperatively in high-paced environment
- manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
