Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders accurately
- process coupons and payment through the point of sale system
- deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pick up
- scan and bag orders according to standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer's order
- meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping and product freshness
- adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
- receive and store products in optimal temperature zones
- read and follow directions in the notes
- ensure quality and freshness of items selected
- communicate with customers professionally and timely
- retrieve each customer's order from staging locations and ensure order accuracy
- provide positive customer service experience
- process orders through POS system
- follow substitution policies
- maintain cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors
