This role is an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk position, also functioning as an In-Store Grocery Shopper. The Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk will be responsible for efficiently selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders, processing coupons and payments, and delivering these orders to the customer’s vehicle upon arrival at the store for pick-up. Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars upon customers' arrival
- Scan and bag orders while following all bagging standards
- Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- Receive and store products in optimal temperature zones
- Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
- Perform required opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- Meet and exceed productivity standards
- Manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
