- Experience as a personal shopper or in warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars upon customers' arrival
- Scan and bag orders while following all bagging standards
- Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- Receive and store products in optimal temperature zones
- Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
- Perform required opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- Meet and exceed productivity standards
- Manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
