The Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk role at Fred Meyer is essential to delivering a seamless online shopping experience for customers.   • Experience as a personal shopper or in a production oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience preferred

  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

Job Duties

  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality
  • Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment
  • Deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up
  • Scan and bag orders following all bagging standards
  • Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customer's order at time of pick-up
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
