Job Requirements
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in personal shopping, production environment, warehouse, stocking, or cashier role preferred
- Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Capability to manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Commitment to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Ability to operate point of sale (POS) systems

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders accurately and efficiently
- Process coupons and payments through the point of sale system
- Deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer orders professionally
- Scan and bag orders following all bagging standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
- Inspect and report equipment needing repair
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- Meet or exceed productivity standards
- Provide positive customer service that encourages return business
- Follow all food safety procedures and company guidelines
- Manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Provide support to individuals including minors, those with special needs, and older adults.
