The Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk position offers a dynamic role within Kroger's e-commerce team, focused on efficiently selecting and assembling customers' on-line grocery orders while maintaining a high standard for freshness and quality. This role is essential in delivering a seamless and positive customer service experience, helping to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty to Kroger's on-line shopping platform. Responsibilities include gathering products efficiently, processing coupons and payments, and loading orders into customers' vehicles upon arrival for pick-up. Job Duties

Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality
Assemble customers' on-line orders, process coupons and payments
Deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pick up
Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick up
Adhere to food safety procedures and legal guidelines
Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
