Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three months related experience or equivalent training
- proficiency in English
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- capability to manage difficult or emotional guest situations
- ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
