We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a spotless and memorable stay. You will lead a team of hardworking Room Attendants and House Attendants, overseeing daily housekeeping operations with meticulous attention to detail. Your role is critical in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality throughout the property. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, compiling reports, and ensuring productivity levels meet expectations. When the Housekeeping Manager is unavailable, you will step up to manage operations seamlessly.

Your leadership skills will inspire and motivate your team, ensuring clear communication and effective training to keep everyone aligned and engaged. You will manage safety and security protocols including lost-and-found handling, key control, and access to sensitive areas such as storage rooms and secure files. Maintaining sanitation standards across all rooms, facilities, and equipment will be your top priority to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
