Job Description

The hiring establishment is a full-service restaurant located within a vibrant hotel property near Austin Straubel International Airport and close to major attractions such as Lambeau Field and Oneida Casino. This restaurant prides itself on delivering exceptional dining experiences by combining quality service with a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Guests at this establishment enjoy a varied menu and attentive service that contributes to memorable visits whether they are dining before a game, after a business meeting, or while enjoying local entertainment and recreation options. The hotel setting enhances the dining experience, inviting both local patrons and travelers to indulge in top-notch food and beverage service.

We are currently seeking to join our team as a Food Runner, a vital behind-the-scenes contributor to our restaurant’s seamless operation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and teamwork. As a Food Runner, you will collaborate closely with servers and guests to deliver orders promptly and with professionalism. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from guest interaction to operational support, ensuring food is presented accurately and attractively, orders are monitored, and service areas are maintained in pristine condition. This position demands enthusiasm, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Employment in this role includes full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive hourly wages, and after an initial period, full-time staff become eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, retirement plans, and more. The role challenges you to be a proactive team member who not only supports waitstaff but also elevates the guest experience through superior service standards. Success in this position opens pathways to career advancement within the food and beverage industry or the wider hospitality sector represented by our hotel and associated amenities. If you are ready to be part of a dedicated team that values customer satisfaction and operational excellence, this position offers the perfect setting to grow and thrive.
