Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club preferred
- certification in liquor, wine, and food service including Alcohol Awareness preferred
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain professional appearance
- strong multitasking and communication skills
- must meet minimum age requirements and comply with responsible alcohol service standards
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and to stand, walk, and perform other movements for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- address guests by name and respond to their requests ensuring complete service
- assist servers with menu presentation and answer questions about food and beverages
- prepare food baskets with condiments and sides verifying order accuracy and presentation
- maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and café areas
- monitor supplies and stock levels to support service efficiency
- communicate kitchen times and relay information to servers and management
- complete daily and weekly checklists and perform other duties as assigned
