Job Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of California
- Minimum of two years clinical experience in oncology nursing
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Ability to start on June 1, 2026
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel nursing assignment
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with 10-hour day shifts
- US work authorization
Job Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license
- Specialized training or certification in oncology nursing preferred
- Prior experience in oncology nursing or related field
- Ability to work 10-hour day shifts
- Proficient in patient assessment and clinical documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Provide compassionate nursing care to oncology patients
- Administer chemotherapy and other cancer treatments safely
- Monitor patient vitals and symptoms closely
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to design and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families about treatment protocols and side effects
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition
