Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in event management with a focus on on-site operations
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in event management software
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to travel to event locations as needed
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • high attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • at least 3+ years of experience managing events with a focus on on-site operations
  • proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex event logistics
  • strong experience in leading teams and working with clients and vendors
  • excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong knowledge of event management software and tools
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure seamless operations
  • lead on-site teams including vendors, staff, and volunteers to ensure event timelines and tasks are followed
  • ensure event details such as audio/visual, catering, decor are executed according to the event plan
  • act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors on the day of the event
  • address client questions, concerns, and changes promptly and professionally
  • provide on-site problem-solving and adjust schedules as needed to meet client requests
  • supervise and coordinate vendors, contractors, and suppliers on-site to ensure timely delivery of services and equipment
