Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in community health, wellness, or health promotion
- 1 year project management experience
- BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Valid Florida driver's license
- AHCA Level 2 background clearance
- Reliable transportation for travel within assigned counties
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in Community Health, Wellness, or Health Promotion
- Project management experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- AHCA Level 2 background clearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Manage setup, breakdown, and transportation of health event materials
- Engage with customers on health education and lifestyle changes
- Oversee on-site health screening team and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Maintain site safety and conduct staff training
- Manage event operations, including inventory control and event records
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders
