Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in community health, wellness, or health promotion
  • 1 year project management experience
  • BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • AHCA Level 2 background clearance
  • Reliable transportation for travel within assigned counties

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Community Health, Wellness, or Health Promotion
  • Project management experience
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • Valid Florida Driver's License
  • AHCA Level 2 background clearance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage setup, breakdown, and transportation of health event materials
  • Engage with customers on health education and lifestyle changes
  • Oversee on-site health screening team and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation
  • Maintain site safety and conduct staff training
  • Manage event operations, including inventory control and event records
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders
