Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Successful completion of Motor Vehicle Record check required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the market and occasionally via plane/train
  • Ability to move up to 55 lbs
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods and work at a desk/computer for extended times
  • Effective communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as climbing stairs or ladders

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred
  • Approximately 1 year of results-oriented experience in outside sales or food and beverage industry preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities
  • Computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proven ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimal direction
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels

Job Duties

  • Develop and manage relationships with key on-premise accounts within the assigned territory
  • Achieve sales targets and distribution goals by executing sales initiatives and securing new placements
  • Conduct regular account visits to ensure proper product placement, stock rotation, and point-of-sale material execution
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
  • Plan and execute on-premise events, samplings, staff trainings, and promotions
  • Educate account staff and consumers on products, features, and benefits
  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and report findings to sales leadership
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, account activity, activation feedback, expenses, and market trends
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and distributor work-withs
  • Represent the company at local industry events, festivals, promotions, and trade shows
