Job Duties
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a friendly manner to assist their specific needs
- thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- maintain knowledge of store tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues
- help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
- work in all departments to keep the sales floor stocked, zoned, and in stock
- assist with truck unload process and stock product to the sales floor
- execute adjacency changes, transitions, and sales plans
- perform weekly price changes and ensure accurate signing
- complete inventory scans and audits
- support major store transitions
- maintain store brand including cleanliness and organization
- accurately execute product pulls and process inbound deliveries
- complete backroom audits and maintain backroom organization
- operate power equipment if certified
- follow safety policies and procedures rigorously
- support guest services like cashier backup, order pickup, and Drive-Up
- execute all other duties as assigned based on business needs
