Job Requirements

Ability to flexibly work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Reliable and prompt attendance
Capable of physical tasks including lifting up to 44 pounds
Ability to safely climb and descend ladders
Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions
Must actively engage by picking and working shifts every 4 weeks minimum
Must respond to communications from leadership
Willingness to complete Target Welcome orientation and training
Ability to use myTime mobile scheduling app to select shifts
Must work at least one shift within 5 months to avoid termination
Ability to remain mobile for the duration of shift

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior retail or customer service experience helpful
Ability to operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively
Attention to detail and accurate process following
Positive and welcoming attitude toward guests and team members

Job Duties

Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
Observe guest needs through body language and verbal cues to tailor approach
Engage with guests genuinely by asking questions to understand their needs
Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues
Thank guests genuinely and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock
Push and stock product to sales floor
Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans
Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure accurate signing
Complete scans and system audit functions for inventory accuracy
Support execution of major transitions and ISM
Maintain interior and exterior brand including cleanliness and maintenance tasks
Accurately execute all product pulls and backstock from all departments
Process inbound deliveries using receive application
Complete backroom weekly audits
Operate power equipment if certified
Maintain backroom organization and follow equipment guidelines
Follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
Work safely at all times and identify hazards
Support guest services like backup cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up
Perform all other duties based on business needs
