The starting hourly rate for this role is $18.75 USD per hour. While you won't be on a fixed weekly schedule, you are expected to actively engage by picking up shifts regularly—at least one shift every four weeks with a minimum shift length of four hours. This role requires dedicated participation during an initial orientation and training schedule to ensure team members are equipped to succeed. You'll work alongside leaders and fellow team members, providing excellent guest service by assisting guests, ensuring products are in stock, accurately priced, and maintaining the overall appearance and operational efficiency of the store. Daily duties include cashiering, stocking, presentation, price accuracy, and supporting sales floor transitions, among others.
