Job Requirements
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance with active engagement in shift pickup
- Ability to respond to contact attempts regarding shift availability
- Physical capability to lift and move merchandise safely
- Ability to remain mobile and stand during entire shift
- Adherence to safety policies and ethical conduct
- Completion of Target orientation and training schedule
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills and guest service orientation
- Basic proficiency with handheld scanners and technology equipment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attentive to detail and able to follow multi-step processes
- Capable of climbing ladders and safely lifting merchandise up to 44 pounds
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience for guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a helpful and welcoming way to solve their needs
- Ensure sales floor is stocked, zoned, and in stock across all departments
- Assist with truck unload and stock product to the sales floor
- Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for departments
- Conduct weekly price change workload and maintain accurate promotional signing
- Complete scans and system audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Maintain store cleanliness, including garbage disposal and restroom upkeep
- Accurately execute product pulls and backstock tasks
- Process inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy
- Complete backroom weekly audits
- Operate power equipment if certified
- Maintain backroom organization and follow safety guidelines
- Follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety compliance, and report hazards
- Support guest services including back-up cashier and order pick up
- Perform other duties based on business needs
