Job Requirements

ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed
work both independently and with a team
resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
attention to detail and follow a multi-step process
accurately handle cash register operations as needed
climb up and down ladders safely
scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance
flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, reliable and prompt attendance necessary
active engagement by picking up and working shifts via myTime mobile App every 4 weeks and responding to contact attempts
must work at least one shift within 6 months or risk administrative termination
capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity and other elements while performing job duties including Drive-Up and carryout
ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts

Job Duties

create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact and tailor approach accordingly
engage with guests to better understand their specific needs
be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience
help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock
push and stock product to sales floor
execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments
conduct weekly price change workload and ensure signage accuracy
complete scans and system audits for inventory accuracy
support execution of major transitions and ISM
maintain store interior and exterior brand cleanliness
accurately execute product pulls and backstock
process inbound deliveries using receive application
complete all backroom weekly audits
operate power equipment if certified
maintain backroom organization and location accuracy
follow processes accurately with attention to detail
demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance
work safely to identify and correct hazards
support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up
perform all other duties based on business needs
