Job Requirements

- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- welcome and greet guests as part of daily tasks
- engage with guests to solve their needs
- be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- promote target loyalty programs and assist with sign-up
- handle returns and follow register prompts
- support order pick up, drive up, and registry guest services
- maintain a clean and safe work area
- comply with safety policies and report hazards
- participate in cash office processes as needed
- respond to shift availability and work regularly
