Job Requirements

  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable and prompt attendance
  • minimum of four hours worked every four weeks via the myTime mobile app
  • ability to respond promptly to communication attempts by Target
  • must work at least one shift within six months (effective December 2024, within five months) or face administrative termination
  • ability to handle cash register operations and support cash office processes
  • ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, occasionally lifting up to 44 pounds
  • capability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
  • physical ability to remain mobile during shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues and improve their experience

  • scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices
