Job Requirements
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- minimum of four hours worked every four weeks via the myTime mobile app
- ability to respond promptly to communication attempts by Target
- must work at least one shift within six months (effective December 2024, within five months) or face administrative termination
- ability to handle cash register operations and support cash office processes
- ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, occasionally lifting up to 44 pounds
- capability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
- physical ability to remain mobile during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Effective communication skills including positive language
- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
- engage with guests in a genuine way by asking questions to better understand their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues and improve their experience
- thank the guest in a genuine way and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices
