Job Requirements
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations
- capability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely
- willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is an asset

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy
- promote Target loyalty programs and assist with applications
- support order pick up, drive up, and registry guests with accurate service
- maintain a clean and clutter free work area
- adhere to safety policies and report hazards
- assist with cash office processes
- de-escalate situations with leadership support
- support compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- perform other duties based on business needs
