Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- active engagement in shift selection and communication with leadership
- minimum work of one shift every 4 weeks
- ability to handle physical demands of lifting up to 44 pounds
- ability to work in various environmental conditions
- compliance with safety and ethical standards

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues and improve guest experience
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
- promote Target loyalty programs and assist guests with application or sign-up
- manage returns and de-escalate situations following company policies
- deliver service to order pick up, drive up, and registry guests
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours while being available for guests
- follow safety policies and report hazards
- support cash office processes including management of cash systems
- perform additional duties based on business needs
