Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior retail or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays and peak periods

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
  • engage with guests to solve specific needs in a welcoming way
  • be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve experience
  • scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
  • minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
  • make guests aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities and events
  • assist guests with enrollment in loyalty programs and use of digital services
  • manage returns and partner with leaders to resolve guest concerns
  • support order pick up, Drive Up and Registry guests with accurate service
  • maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
  • stock supplies during store hours while remaining available for guests
  • comply with safety policies, report hazards and maintain ethical conduct
  • support cash office duties including cash management
  • perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
