The role primarily involves serving as a Guest Advocate, where you will play a crucial part in creating a welcoming and positive environment for guests shopping at Target stores. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and support cash office operations
  • Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely up to 44 pounds
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
  • Active engagement in picking up and working shifts
  • Ability to work in varying temperature and environmental conditions
  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
