Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash transactions and support cash office operations
- Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely up to 44 pounds
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Active engagement in picking up and working shifts
- Ability to work in varying temperature and environmental conditions
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience
- Assist guests in solving their specific needs with knowledge of store products and services
- Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment
- Handle returns and follow register prompts in compliance with company policies
- Support order pick-up, drive-up, and registry guest services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
