This particular role is for an On-Demand Team Member (TM) at Target. An On-Demand TM enjoys an unprecedented level of scheduling flexibility, enabling individuals to work as much or as little as they prefer, picking up shifts according to their own availability through Target’s reliable myTime mobile scheduling app. Unlike traditional weekly scheduled roles, this position allows team members to create a personalized work schedule, adapting to their personal lives while meeting the needs of the store. The On-Demand TM is primarily responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining store operations, and supporting various in-store and digital services. Job Requirements

  • minimum age 16 years or older
  • ability to manage flexible work schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable and prompt attendance when shifts are picked up
  • physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
  • capability to work in varying environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity
  • willingness to use communication devices and technology as required
  • active engagement with shift scheduling and responsiveness to company contacts
  • must work at least one shift every 5 months to maintain employment
  • ability to comply with all safety policies and company protocols

Job Qualifications
