Job Requirements
- minimum age 16 years or older
- ability to manage flexible work schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance when shifts are picked up
- physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- capability to work in varying environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity
- willingness to use communication devices and technology as required
- active engagement with shift scheduling and responsiveness to company contacts
- must work at least one shift every 5 months to maintain employment
- ability to comply with all safety policies and company protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience beneficial but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- proficiency with basic technology including mobile apps and handheld scanners
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks
- assist guests in a welcoming way to solve their specific needs
- scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
- promote current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events to guests
- support various guest services such as order pick up, drive up, and registry duties
