Job Requirements

  • minimum age 16 years or older
  • ability to manage flexible work schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable and prompt attendance when shifts are picked up
  • physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
  • capability to work in varying environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity
  • willingness to use communication devices and technology as required
  • active engagement with shift scheduling and responsiveness to company contacts
  • must work at least one shift every 5 months to maintain employment
  • ability to comply with all safety policies and company protocols

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous retail or customer service experience beneficial but not required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • proficiency with basic technology including mobile apps and handheld scanners
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks
  • assist guests in a welcoming way to solve their specific needs
  • scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
  • work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
  • promote current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events to guests
  • support various guest services such as order pick up, drive up, and registry duties
