Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- capability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 44 pounds
- ability to operate point-of-sale equipment and mobile scheduling app
- willingness to engage actively by picking up shifts and responding to communications
- ability to work in varying temperature and environmental conditions
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- assist guests with their needs in a friendly and helpful manner
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately while maintaining food safety standards
- promote and engage guests around Target Loyalty programs and store offerings
- support order pick up, drive up, and registry guest services
- maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store open hours
- handle cash register operations and support cash office processes as needed
- comply with safety policies and report hazards
- participate in de-escalating guest situations and recovering the guest experience
