This position requires reliable attendance and engagement, with at least one shift worked every four weeks to maintain employment. The role includes attending a Target Welcome orientation and completing a short-term structured training program to ensure readiness.

As a Guest Advocate within the On-Demand role, team members play an integral part in delivering outstanding customer service by greeting guests, assisting with needs, and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere. The role encompasses responsibilities such as scanning and bagging items, promoting Target loyalty programs, and supporting various fulfillment services including order pick up, drive up, and gift registry. Team members must be knowledgeable about store products and digital tools like the Target App to assist guests effectively. Problem solving and adapting to diverse guest interactions are key components of the daily work, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
