Key to success in this position is reliability and active engagement, as team members are expected to pick up and complete shifts at least once every four weeks, with a minimum of four hours per shift. Communication and responsiveness to contact attempts from Target leadership are vital, as failure to engage can result in termination. On-Demand TMs undergo a Target Welcome orientation and complete structured training to be fully prepared for their responsibilities, which include delivering exceptional guest service, assisting with store operations, and promoting Target's loyalty programs and digital services.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times
- capable of standing for long periods and frequently lifting or moving product up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance
- reliable attendance and active engagement by picking up and working shifts at least once every 4 weeks
- ability to respond to contact attempts for shift scheduling
- willingness to comply with safety policies and procedures
- capability to work in varying temperatures and environments while performing job duties

Job Duties
