Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation to and from the work location
- ability to stand and remain mobile during shifts
- ability to lift up to 44 pounds
- must respond to contact attempts regarding shift availability
- will need to attend Target Welcome orientation and complete training
- must work at least one shift every 4 weeks to maintain engagement
- acceptance of Target’s safety and conduct policies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to use technology such as handheld scanners and mobile apps
- capability to work independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail while multitasking
- positive and welcoming attitude
Job Duties
- welcome guests and thank them for choosing to shop at Target
- pick up shifts via the myTime mobile scheduling app based on availability
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- scan and bag items efficiently and accurately
- promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-ups
- resolve guest concerns and escalate as necessary
- maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in the work area
- support order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services
- adhere to safety and compliance policies
