The responsibilities include greeting guests, efficiently processing transactions, assisting with returns, and providing information about store services and loyalty programs. Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- capability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds

- manage returns and follow register prompts while partnering with leaders to solve guest issues
- help de-escalate situations and recover guest experiences
- deliver easy and accurate service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
- maintain clean and clutter-free work areas
- stock supplies during store hours while being available to guests
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times
- support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up orders, returns and maintain compliance with laws
- support cash office processes and management of cash systems
