Job Requirements
- accurately handle cash register operations and support cash office processes
- safely scan, handle, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- active engagement by working shifts via myTime mobile app every four weeks
- respond to Target's contact attempts to confirm availability
- work at least one shift within six months
- capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions
- ability to remain mobile during a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
- engage with guests in a genuine way, including asking questions to better understand their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues and improve guest experience
- thank the guest genuinely and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
- scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy
- promote current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
- explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-ups
- support digital services, including Wallet and Target App features
- process returns following store policies
- help de-escalate negative situations and recover guest experience
- deliver easy and accurate service for order pickup, drive-up, and registry guests
- maintain a clean, clutter-free workspace
- comply with safety and ethical conduct standards
- support cash office processes as needed
- perform other duties based on business needs
