Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance with minimum shift commitments
- Ability to respond to scheduling communication
- Capable of working in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- Physical stamina to remain mobile for the duration of a shift

- Effective communication skills including positive language and attentiveness to guest needs
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks

- Be knowledgeable about the products, tools, and services to improve the guest experience
- Thank guests and show appreciation for shopping at Target
- Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately while complying with food safety and company standards
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait times while maintaining service and accuracy
