Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • reliable and prompt attendance when picking up shifts
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • commitment to work at least one shift every four weeks
  • ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 44 pounds
  • capability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile throughout shift
  • respond to communication attempts from Target regarding shift availability

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • welcome and greet guests while performing daily tasks
