Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks

  • stock supplies during store hours while being available for guests
  • follow safety policies and report hazards
  • support cash office processes as needed
  • partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover guest shopping experiences
  • promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with guest applications and sign-ups
  • educate guests on the Target App features and offerings
  • support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to product sales
  • perform all other duties based on business needs
