Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable and prompt attendance
  • able to pick up and work shifts regularly via the myTime mobile app, with at least one shift worked every four weeks
  • respond to communication attempts from leadership
  • capable of standing and remaining mobile for the length of shifts
  • physically able to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
  • ability to work in varying temperature and weather conditions
  • compliance with company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial
  • effective communication skills including using positive language and attentiveness to guests’ needs
  • ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
  • welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
  • attention to detail while multitasking
  • capability to educate guests about products and services
  • proficiency with multiple communication devices and technology, including handheld scanners

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
  • observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact, and tailor your approach accordingly
  • engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to understand their specific needs
  • be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to solve guest issues and improve their experience

  • scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices
