Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior experience required but customer service experience is a plus
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to pick up and work shifts actively and respond to contact
- ability to stand, walk, and remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- capability to safely lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service
- support order pick up, drive up, and registry guests ensuring easy and accurate service
- maintain a clean, clutter free work area
- stock supplies during store open hours while being available for guests
- comply with safety policies, best practices, and training
- support cash office processes as needed including management of cash systems
- partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience
- educate guests about loyalty programs and app features
- attempt every return and follow register prompts
- all other duties based on business needs
