Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • no prior experience required but customer service experience is a plus
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pick up and work shifts actively and respond to contact
  • ability to stand, walk, and remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
  • capability to safely lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
  • ability to work in varying temperature conditions
  • must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
  • engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
  • be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
  • scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
  • work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service
  • support order pick up, drive up, and registry guests ensuring easy and accurate service
  • maintain a clean, clutter free work area
  • stock supplies during store open hours while being available for guests
  • comply with safety policies, best practices, and training
  • support cash office processes as needed including management of cash systems
  • partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience
  • educate guests about loyalty programs and app features
  • attempt every return and follow register prompts
  • all other duties based on business needs
