Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to pick up shifts as scheduled via mobile app
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- capability to remain mobile and physically active during shift
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in varying store conditions including temperature and humidity
- active participation by working at least one shift every five months
- compliance with company policies and safety standards

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve specific needs
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to improve the guest experience
- thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
- promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with applications
- support Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services with accurate service
- maintain clean and clutter-free work areas
- stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests
- follow safety policies and ethical conduct
- assist with cash office processes as needed
- manage guest returns and escalate situations when necessary
- respond to business needs with all other related duties
