Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times
- ability to pick up shifts via mobile app and maintain active engagement
- capable of lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- ability to stand and remain mobile for entire shift

Job Duties

- scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- promote current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
- communicate benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up
- assist guests with using Wallet and other Target App features
- attempt every return and partner with leaders to solve guest issues following company policies
- partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience
- deliver easy and accurate service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
