However, reliability and consistent communication are critical to success in this position, as team members must actively engage by picking up and working shifts regularly (at least once every four weeks) to maintain their employment status. The pay for this role starts at $15.50 USD per hour.

The primary function of the On-Demand Team Member is serving as a Guest Advocate, focusing on delivering exceptional guest service and engagement.
