Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance
- flexibility to pick up shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- active engagement with picking and working shifts at least once every 4 weeks
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store and specific to your area to solve issues and improve guest experience
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
- support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up, and registry guests
- maintain a clean, clutter free work area
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- support cash office processes and all other duties based on business needs
